Order online
Pick your tent or camping equipment and pay securely before you travel. The order number in your confirmation email is all you need to collect - screenshot it, because signal in a field is famously grim.
Collect on site
We open as soon as the festival does, early-bird entry included. Our exact location goes up on our socials before the gates open, as a what3words reference, a spot on the festival map and an on-site contact number.
Take home or donate
Please take your camping equipment home with you after the festival. If you can’t, we’re open Monday morning as a donation point - usable equipment goes to local charities and youth groups.

How do I collect my order?
Just bring your order confirmation to the Fat Franks shop — the order number in your email is all we need. Take a screenshot before you travel, because signal at Bloodstock Festival 2027 is famously patchy.
Where is the Fat Franks shop, and when can I collect?
Your order is ready from when the campsite opens — check the Bloodstock Festival 2027 website for opening times. We post our exact location on our Facebook and Instagram before the gates open — a what3words reference, a spot on the festival map and an on-site contact number.
What if I forget something?
No stress. We run a fully stocked shop at the festival all weekend, so you can pick up anything you missed once you arrive — and we’ll inflate your airbed while you wait for a £3 donation to the Samaritans.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the festival opens and you’ll get a full refund. Within 48 hours a £15 service charge applies — drop us a line and we’ll help you sort it.
